1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect

When you send a date or quote request: name, phone, email (optional), preferred date, type of event, number of guests, preferred menu and your message. We do not ask for sensitive data.

3. How we use it

Only to reply to your request, send a quote, arrange visits and prepare your event. We do not use it for advertising and never sell it to third parties.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given in the form, and on steps needed before entering into a contract with you (quote and booking).

5. Where it is stored

Requests are recorded in Espaço Jasmim's calendar and email using Google services (Google Calendar and Gmail), which act as processors. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts.

6. How long we keep it

If no booking is made, we delete your data within 12 months of our last contact. If you book, we keep it for as long as legal and tax obligations require.

7. Your rights

You may at any time ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. Just write to espaco.jasmim.az@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
